General Refund Policy: We allow refunds under fair circumstances and within a reasonable time period of purchasing our courses or classes. A reasonable time period is defined as within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
Refund for Live Classes: If a student has only taken one class and wishes to request a refund, we will grant a full refund.
Exceptions: In some cases, we may make exceptions to our general refund policy. Such exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the approval of our management team.
Refund Procedure: To request a refund, a student must submit a written request via email to our customer support team within the reasonable time period specified in our policy. The request must include the student’s name, the course or class they are requesting a refund for, and the reason for the request.
Refund Processing: Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within thirty (30) days. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Please note that our refund policy applies only to the fees paid for our courses or classes. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the student, such as travel or accommodation costs.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our students in writing, and the revised policy will be posted on our website.
